Lyonchhen Tshering Tobgay met H.E Dr. S. Jaishankar, Foreign Secretary, Government of India (GoI) at the Gyelyong Tshogkhang today.

Lyonchhen congratulated Dr. Jaishankar on his appointment as the Foreign Secretary of India and thanked him for choosing Bhutan as his first bilateral visit after resuming the post of the Foreign Secretary, GoI.

Lyonchhen Tshering Tobgay met H.E. Dr. Olafur Ragnar Grimsson, President of the Republic of Iceland this afternoon.

Welcoming the President, Lyonchhen conveyed the warm greetings of His Majesty the King and said it was an honour to receive the President in Bhutan today.
