Lyonchhen Dr Lotay Tshering attended the closing ceremony of the 5th Camp RUF (Rural-Urban Friendship) on 30th December, 2018. At the closing ceremony, Lyonchhen said that the youths are the backbone of a nation and congratulated them for being a part of Camp which aims at bridging the gap between the rural and the urban Bhutanese.
